A blend of history and innovation With a long history dating back to 1659, South African winemakers continue to take on new challenges with a free spirit unbound by tradition. Their creativity in blending classic methods with the latest technology produces wines that are unique.

多様性の宝庫

南アフリカでしか出会えない「ピノタージュ」をはじめ、シュナン・ブラン、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、シラーズなど、珍しい品種ではヴェルメンティーノやネッビオーロなど、様々な品種が個性を発揮。ケープタウンは漁業基地でもあるので、海鮮を食文化とする日本食との相性も抜群です。

A treasure trove of diversity

Starting with Pinotage which was created in South Africa, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and many other varieties show their individuality. They are also a perfect match for Japanese food culture.
